This is my hubby's favourite pie. Its healthy enough to eat for breakfast... I do it!
Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-free, and Nut-free!!!
9 apples, sliced
2 - 3 tbsp cinnamon
1 pkg stevia
3/4 cup coconut
3/4 cup hemp
1/3 cup cranberries (dried)
10 bahri dates
Sprinkle cinnamon and Stevia on the apple. Stir well and allow the flavours to blend. Scoop into a ramekins (or a pie plate if you tripped the recipe).
Mix all the topping ingredients in the food processor (or Vitamix blender) until crumbly. Sprinkles over the apples. Bake @ 300 for 1 hour
Optional - top with (dairy-free) coconut ice-cream.
